"Another lovely stay at the Manor. Staff very welcoming. Room comfortable but be prepared for old fashioned. If you want newer and more uniform, pay a lot more at the Premier inn with its scaffolding still!! I like Exmouth's old hotels they have character and offer GVFM . We didn’t have breakfast but did have food in the bar the evening before which was excellent. Book parking ahead of your stay as it’s limited. Out the front there are public spaces, but v limited."

"Hotel is situated on tbe Exmouth seafront. We arrived early but were able to park up although the parking area is very unstable. On checking in the guy on reception was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom had a corner spa bath which was lovely. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre where there are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants."

"Charming and quaint old-fashioned style about it. Beautifully tended gardens with croquet and other lawn games available. Room very spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Lift to all floors. On first floor (where we stayed) the fire doors were very narrow and stiff so wheelchair access would be difficult but doors to rooms were okay. Heated outdoor pool in a secluded area sheltered from the wind and pleasant to swim in. Easy access to the beach via security gate with 10 minute stroll. Close to many sites of interest and the town centre for eating. Garage with super EV charger less than 1 mile away from the hotel. Full English Breakfast was excellent and is worth booking the night before to keep the cost down. Would be happy to stay here again."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times, and generally have had great experiences (I love the beachfront location, the convenience for the center of Exmouth, and the Premier Inn consistency). This visit was however disappointing - the hotel is undergoing major external renovations and is covered in scaffolding. No advance notice from Expedia or Premier Inn of this. Arrived at 2:45pm and asked if I could check in - was told that I could check in (15 mins early) for a large fee. Elected to wait in the lobby like everyone else. Discovered that the room was not clean - a strange green liquid on the bathroom sink not matching the soap from the dispenser. I suspect attention to detail in cleaning the rest of the room was probably equally lax."
