"The room had a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. It was great having a freezer. But, there were no dishes. There was a stove top, but no pots or pans. The front desk said they removed all that during COVID.
My car battery was dead one morning and the front desk had no jumper cables.
The handicap accessible rooms are the farthest ones from the elevator.
On every stay, the second floor smelled like marijuana. Some guys smoked in their vehicle or in the far corner of the parking lot....

"Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.
Amenities - didn't use any.
Only one elevator was in use. With multiple...

I love that the rooms don’t have carpet and everything is bright white making it feel more spacious and clean. They have great breakfast. "Bathroom light on the mirror didn’t , only one side. The elevator didn’t work so we had to pack everything to the third floor, i told the front desk Friday and nothing happened. The breakfast wasn’t nothing but cereal bars and a banana. Back in 2018 and 2020 this place was my favorite . It is is directly a two min walk to the mall though. No tissue in the room just an empty box."
