I loved my stay. It was brief but perfect chance to recharge with family. Communication with TBNB was excellent and just really got what we needed from being there. Some really great eating establishments in Philly. This was a weekend of celebration and enjoyment done in a lovely space that you could disconnect and just look out the window at the city spread before you it was quiet magical

Will definitely be back

I stayed here as part of a family trip. I ended up using street parking but a garage is available. I loved the stay. Great view, comfortable, a nice kitchen, comfortable beds and nice light.

Deceptive Advertising!

NOT a hotel at all! More like a rooming house. Dark hallways, very small elevator, very haunting vibe. Handwritten Signage throughout unit with cleaning instructions. Dented refrigerator and bed linens that appeared used well beyond expiration date. Speak easy in the basement communicated as one of the perks. Needless to say, didn’t stay more than 5minutes-not what I signed up for. Deceptive advertising and management kept me strung along for a month as if they were going to refund me and then my credit card company informed me that they Refused to refund me for the full week I paid for what was suppose to be a luxury hotel stay:(

Everything you need; wonderful stay

The apartment was beautiful, full of light and in a building with a very interesting history. The beds were comfortable and napping on the couch in the sky above Broad Street was wonderful. There was a combo washer dryer which was useful. The parking was in a garage a few blocks down. I would stay here every time I come back to Philly.

It was a great place to stay and very homey. We were in town for shows at the Met, which is right across the street, so it was perfect for us.

The property is in a high traffic avenue. At night motorcycles and four wheelers use it for races with high volume music. In the Expedia webpage it is announced to have parking included. It is false, I needed to go out of premises to park and pay for each day. The apartment is nice, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Very nice apartment near city centre with parking

Very nice apartment near city centre. Took about 25 min to walk down, metro just outside, Uber worked well as always. However much nicer to walk up Fairmount ave for dinner in the evening. A brand new Aldi store next door for groceries. Communication with TrustBnB was the best ever! Very quick response and always very helpful. Instructions before arriving was top nudge, both how to get into the apartment and were to park. The apartment was very nice and pictures were correct! Only wish was that the kitchen could have vine glasses as well, witch Elisabeth at TrustBnB promised to fix for the next guest. Included parking worked well! We had an oversized car that was really hard to fit in the garage, but we got permission to park in the courtyard instead! Thanks!

We stayed at the Divine Lorraine due to its proximity to The Met. We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time in the city. Staying on Broad St. can be noisy, but it is a large city and that is to be expected. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, and a beautiful apartment. Highly recommend!

Not worth it!

The space is lovely, however, what I went through to stay in this place was definitely not worth it. I booked the night before and woke up to I believe, three emails, a text, and a phone call/voicemail. Basically, since I booked via hotels.com, they now needed a credit card for a damage deposit. Then the system was down and I had to give my credit card to a random person over the phone or I ran the risk of losing my reservation while driving five hours to reach the place. {Marc was lovely though.} Then once I arrived, I had to jockey for parking, go inside, get a parking pass, carry my things up, and instead of being able to relax and see what's for dinner, I now had to go in search of the parking two blocks away. Parking is NOT on premises. The place is also not sound proof, so every honking horn and obnoxious muffler as is city life travels up to your room. They give you a nice long list of requirements and chores to do before you check out and have to go get your car, finding parking close enough to the building, pack up your stuff, return your elevator key, and hopefully not get a ticket in the process, but they stop shy of having you strip your own bed.

Beautiful building & location but not as easy

This was a stunning historic building and the views were amazing. I booked through hotels.com but really this was not a hotel but a private apartment rental through TrustBnB. That was a hassel- many steps with other forms and having to give out credit card info, not ideal. The apartment was nicely done but the beds were missing sheets, there were broken things... It was clean but some functions were not as expected. The pictures are also misleading. The included parking was a few blocks away and you had to work with staff behind fence in separate building. The listed pool is also in another building/ off site (we were not planning on using - but if you were, it would be disappointment). Overall great location and beautiful space. But hassels about other requirements, check in and parking make it less than expected for a hotel experience.

Location is great. Place was clean. Aldi is right next door. I would book again for sure. The only issue is the parking. I wish it was more convenient.

Living it up

Was in town on business with a group of 5. This place had plenty of space and really dig the apartment style modern luxury comfort. Was able to check in early really appreciate that. Free parking but was 2 blocks away. And a plus If you are into dark history this place is a historical building Jim Jones and Father Divine The leader of Peoples Temple visited the Peace Mission in Philadelphia a number of times between 1960 and 1971, sometimes as a student of Father Divine’s techniques.
