The property can use a good cleaning and revamp. You enter through an entrance that does not scream hotel. There are small signs telling you to take the elevator to the lobby on the 3rd floor. It’s a great building, with wonderful facilities, including a gym, a pool and golf. But there’s limited food available and minimal coffee so if you bring a few things from home or order ahead, the stay will be perfect.

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
Pros: Clean room, daily room service, great staff, great location. You're surrounded by lots of restaurant choices. Good for short stays. Cons: Bad mattress, needs a few more amenities, and I recommend seeking a room on a high floor away from the elevators.

Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came.
