Very average and slightly unkempt rooms. Bathrooms are ok, but carpet needs replaced and windows are so dirty that I couldn’t see out of them.

Homewood Suites by Hilton University City
This is my 4th time staying at the property, usually have no issues. The room I got had some wall paper peeling, bubbling paint in the bathroom and for some reason the tv remote didn’t work(batteries were good) nor did the tv have any signal the entire night. So resorted to watching my phone.
