"This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. "Hotel liegt gut, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Haben ein grosses Apartment gebucht, war insgesamt gross und die Einrichtung eher auf alternativ wie die gesamte stadt . Die couch im wohnzimmer war mit einem schloss versperrt, will man sie öffnen und drauf schlafen muss man 30 euro bezahlen. Habe sowas noch nie in meinem leben gehört, buche ein zimmer dass nicht gerade billig war und und muss 30 euro bezahlen um auf dem sofa zu schlafen... ansonsten ziemlich laut auf der strasse und bologna an sich...

"Couldnt fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and location couldnt have been better. However, being in the centre of the city the noise outside the hotel on Friday and Saturday night went on until about 3.30 which made it impossible to sleep. Great the other two nights though."

"Adorable boutique hotel, exactly the kind of place we love in a new city. Staff was great, breakfast was generous, and the location was superb - a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore yet still quiet at night for sleeping. Perfecto!"

"In a student arty area just on the edge of h th e historic area. Perfect for us to explore the centre by day and have some craft ales within a few minutes walk at night. There are bars right below the studio apartment but doubles glazed windows mean only a bit of noise even on a busy night. It might not suit everyone but we loved it "

"A nice hotel on the edge of the old town, around 10 minutes walk away to the centre. Room was spacious and very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as people make out on here however "

"Rooms had tea but no coffee, which I thought was weird and petty. I just didn't get it -- does a packet of instant coffee cost that much more than a tea bag? Also: the breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:30 a.m., but most of the trays were empty by 10."

"The room we had was spectacular. The location is great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the tub drain stopper in our room got stuck so the water wasn’t draining properly. We had to ask for staff’s help a few times. We were offered a change rooms but the other room was smaller so we decided to stay. It was a minor issue. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. "
