"Great service"

"It is close to everywhere we needed to go. The staff were always quick to book us grab taxis when we needed. The food in the resturaunt was excellent (pricey). The breakfast buffet was great."

"Our stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was for four days. Breakfast on the 16th floor was good and catered for all travellers. The hotel location was central, next to Chinatown and close to most must-see Manila attractions. The hotel shuttle service (leaving at 9 am and 11 am and return pickups in the afternoon) was on time and convenient, and took us to the Museum and Intramuros. "A well maintained hotel with helpful staff"

"The hotel rooms were not thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms taps were rusty . There was security screening at the entrance-tourists were searched upon entry, and any purchases brought inside were checked . On one occasion a kitchen knife I had bought for personal use was confiscated , it was supposed to be returned when I checked out , but hotel staff lost it , and I was not compensated for the loss !! I will never stay at this again , and I wouldn't wish a stay there on anyone ..."

"Very good place to stay"

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"The room was essentially clean. We stayed in the signature suite overlooking the Manila bay which was an amazing view every morning. Staff were friendly and responsive. We were not able to use the spa during our stay."
