"Property is in bad shape. Roofs need repaired badly. Carpets were filthy. We asked to be near a pool and they put us next to an empty pool without mentioning to us it was empty. This property needs a lot of repair."

"The rooms were clean and stocked with everything we needed. The facilities were also clean but many of the restaurants were closed due to remodeling. The staff was not very friendly when we checked in, but the check-out staff was wonderful."

DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley - Scottsdale
"Great location, great shuttle service to downtown. Hotel is currently remodeling and had lots of construction going on, but noise was minimal. Room was newly updated, looked great. Loved the warm cookies upon checkin."
