Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the water park. Restaurants were good. (We ate at the Lobby Grille & the Mexican one). Room was well kept. Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes
The property is super clean. The pool area is gorgeous . The staff was accommodating and extremely helpful. Also the hotel is close to the airport.

GreenTree Inn & Suites Phoenix Sky Harbor
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was very loud and it didn't seem like the thermostat worked. Once the room cooled and it shut off, it never turned back on. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have some fruit. Great location, close to airport.

I think the bad reviews are from people with high expectations. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked, the shower worked. Overall a good place to stay if you need to get out early to the airport.
