"They had no coffee pot in a room and they had no microwave no amenities at all and when you asked for towels you get a bath mat to dry off on the staff was very rude not nice at all I wouldn't recommend staying in this place ever"

"We loved the industrial vibe of the room. Housekeeping did not make up bed or leave washcloths when requested. Had to ask for more coffee cups, as we were out and they were not replaced.
