There was people smoking pot every single day out front and entryway by pool smelled like pee. Rooms were clean but bed very uncomfortable

Terrible rooms, dirty rooms that place is disgusting the staff member at the front advised us to contact the property back when a manger is on duty and was sympathetic and stated she understood about our situation

Room seemed a bit run down and smelled damp. AC faceplate was broken. The provided office chair looked like someone relieved themselves in it multiple times. Only one entrance allowed for exit/entry. This especially sucked since I was in a farther back room. Provided breakfast sucked. For the good: The staff was courteous. The bed was comfy and so was the pullout couch. I liked having the kitchenette area with large fridge.

Rooms were dirty, sheets burnt hair inside the microwave, no water to shower and dirty cabinets floors were sticky, lots of homeless ppl and very loud from other rooms, hall ways also smelled really bad as well as the rooms smelled like rat venom and I asked for refund I was told I would receive it 24-72 it’s been a week and property is yet to send me the refund. Would never stay at this property in my life.

We walked into our room and smelled a stench and we then opened the pull out bed and it smelled of pee and the bed was rusted. The bed was also broken and had no mattress or bedding.

Room was in need of a new microwave. I was afraid to use the one in the room as it was peeling all over on the inside and had obviously had a fire in it. The countertops had not been cleaned well and had several sticky spots of something. The floors are gray so they don't show dirt, however I spilled some water and used a paper napkin to clean it and the amount of dirt that came up was unacceptable in my opinion. This was on my first day so I had not been walking around with dirty shoes. Lastly, better pillows would be great. All three pillows were flat as pancakes.

Room was clean. Staff was mostly friendly. The toilet (with a cigarette burn on the seat) made an awful loud rumble sound for about 5 minutes every time it was flushed. The shower is weird to stand in. The surface wasn't flat but rounded? It would have been nice upon arrival if the person checking us in notified us we needed to get any extra amenities from him. Sheets and blanket for pull out couch, coffee maker, any dishes or cookware that come with the partial kitchen. In the morning breakfast was muffins and breakfast bars and that's fine if you put out enough for everyone. We didn't even get coffee with no chance they would make more well before breakfast was over. Also expect to walk far. Almost all doors are fire alarm. I was told by a patron outside that they have issues with people sneaking in.. creepy.. seems they have lots of issues with theft too. For us traveling we did appreciate to have a bed, refrigerator,(for our cooler food) and a shower. Did I ever feel completely safe or comfortable? No. Would we stay again? No

After the first night our toilet stopped up. I reported it to Mgr Lakesha at around 5:30 am when I left with my family for the day. I informed her that we would be gone for the day along with our pet. She informed me that the maintenance staff member would address it while we were away. He/she did not. We returned with a broken toilet, forced to share a public restroom located in the other side of the building in the lobby. I followed up that night with the front desk female attendant. She offered me a plunger to plunge it myself, I accepted, and advised her that I tried that in the morning too; I used it again and it didn’t help. I asked for the speak with the mgr. A mgr was not in. I requested a new room, the facility was booked and an alternative room wasn’t avail auto accommodate my family and pet. She said that the maintenance staff member had left for the day and she would ask that they attend to it first thing in the morning. The next morning I checked out around 5:30 am and spoke with a male front desk representative. I asked for the Mgr Lammesha. A mgr was not in. I reported the issue to him and asked for a credit back to my card I. File booked through Expedia. He stated that he would inform mgr. I have not received a credit back for any portion of the cost to stay there for two. Fights. It was uncomfortable to use a public restroom, and the stench was concerning. Please address this matter. Thank you.

just the worst !!!! dirty, bugs, tub shower does not drain moved rooms and even worse than first ..bugs, bug droppings, hotel looks like a homeless house . I feel bad for your staff they were trying with no support. NO MANAGER ON DUTY. GET IT TOGETHER OR GET OUT OF THE BIZ
