House keeping service never switched out the stained mattress in the sofa bed big stain looks like old blood or pee very poor service I have pictures to show couldn't use the sofa bed not even once had to sleep on the floor twice

Hotel Valley Ho
We had a great time. Gabe at the pool was awesome! He is a real go getter. I wish the pool had been warmer, it was a bit cold for me. The vibe was great and loved the DJ music!
