Property was okay. The room was not super clean (found chewed dried gum on wall under the bedside table and pull out sofa was a little gross). and the room was a little outdated and worn. However, our stay was pleasant and I would stay again.

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
There were stains on the carpet, garbage in the lazy river, most of the lawn chairs were broken, and 2/3 of the restaurants were not open for business.
