"We went for a Mayo Clinic appointment. They have a shuttle service available to Mayo. They dropped us off and gave us a card to text when we were ready for pick up. They did not respond to the text. We did not mind waiting, we waited over 45 minutes with no response to two texts and a phone call. ..."
