Room was clean, however their store that has drinks and toiletries closes at 6:00 so if you need an aspirin or something to drink you have to leave the property.

GreenTree Hotel Phoenix West
The elevator broke I asked for accessible room for my 90-year-old mother a walker. They put us on the fourth floor. The elevator broke the front. Staff was very rude. The phones in the room didn’t work. They only clean the rooms every three days and request in a refund.
