"We had a 7 day stay. Clean rooms. Great location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Front desk lady by the name of Nao was extremely helpful and she always had a smile on her face willing to assist in any way. Would definitely stay again"

"This property lacks hospitality, leaving guests feeling tolerated rather than welcomed. Stained linens, dust buildup, unvacuumed carpets, and mold in the bathroom tiles indicate a rushed or understaffed housekeeping department."

"Front desk customer service is good. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. I was moved from one room to another and the other room smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpets need to be cleaned as I am presuming people are smoking in non smoking rooms. I am sorry but someone is going to get sick. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. The parking area is filthy around the property. I am sorry but I am not willing to stay at this hotel again until conditions drastically improve."
