"Brand new building, lovely and clean and a fabulous stay, once I found it and got checked in that is. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! "

"Convenience, price and decent standard of room with a comfortable bed. Simple check in/out - friendly staff. Accessibility would be an issue - lots of flights of stairs to my room - but if that’s not a major requirement I’d recommend it. My second stay as I go to an annual film festival just off Coldharbour Lane, and half the price of the Premier Inn I used to use in Brixton. "

"Such a lovely property, not far walk from the underground. Such a lovely surrounding area with lots of shops, restaurants and a great community all round I felt safe (as a for travelling on my own) and the rooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Even having a seperate private bathroom downstairs was fine. Hot shower, clean towels. My room was 6 and this was main road facing so it does get a bit loud in the morning with buses/cars etc but still a good nights sleep. Didn’t use the shared kitchen...

"Excellent property itself - very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, although the only downfall was there were no chopping boards, oil, salt pepper or kitchen towels, so you might want to bring your own. Other than that, it was an excellent stay, very quiet and very close to Waitrose and Battersea Power Station. "The apartment was very clean and quiet. You can park outside free from 6:30pm until 9am. There was no broadband though. The internet connection was through a 4G router that did not work. We were connected to the wifi but there was no internet access, so the wifi and TV did not work."

"Our new favorite London hotel! Each room is a mini apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Great shower. Individual room control heat/air con. Comfy bed and pillows. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the traffic outside. So quiet!!! Laundry facilities with inexpensive and easy to use. Nice gym and sauna. Staff is amazing!!! Our flight canceled due to weather and they were so accommodating. Victoria area is centrally located with shops, restaurants, pubs and trains. We loved it...
