"I would actually give this a 4.5. It was great, but not perfect. It did fit our needs well. The indoor pool is actually great. My problem with indoor pools is ventilation - I hate the smell of chlorine in the air. They have done a decent job ventilating the spa area. They have put effort into aesthetics, and it really helps. The mood is relaxing (though there are plenty of families - but the kids seem to get that it is a tranquil environment. The room is nice. The area is convenient - it is out...

"The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time. A very enjoyable stay."

"The welcome when we arrived was professional and friendly. They had popsicles to take due to the heat. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from including champagne and ingredients to make Bloody Mary’s. The room was just the right size for a couple travelers. The elevator is small but that’s to be expected and it worked great. Location is good for walking, very close to lots of shopping and the statue of David."

Un perfecto lugar incluso para una estancia larga en la bella Florencia. La única sugerencia para hacer este lugar inmejorable, es hacer el baño de la recámara principal más funcional en el área de la regadera porque al tener un cristal tan pequeño se moja todo el baño, y es imposible evitarlo. Fuera de eso, excelente relación...
