"Beautiful top floor apartment in a traditional Tuscan building. We had small backpacks so managing the small lift and stairs was easy. Our room, although small was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Air conditioning and large window door opening. Be aware, if you leave the window open mosquitos will visit you. "Great location. Across was the David exhibit. It can be noisy at times due to the crowds forming to see the exhibit, but it didn't bother us mostly. Host was responsive. Would stay here again!"

"Mr. Dario was extremely accommodating. He was so kind and hospitable towards me and my group. He took the time to really make sure we knew the city well with great recommendations. He was kind enough to ensure we had enough water, offered to book us a taxi, and let us leave our luggage with him after check out so we can explore more. The room itself was nice and it is in great walking distance towards iconic sights. If I ever came back to Florence I would certainly re-book a stay at Guest House...

"The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!"

"Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. "

"The only positive aspect of this apartment was its location. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s not luxurious at all and rather poorly managed. Getting the key was a hassle and we were quite inconvenienced to accommodate the management’s schedule. Would not stay here again. "

"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
