"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "Sehr netter Empfang. Tolle Lage und ein schönes Zimmer mit Whirlpool! Als Upgrade. Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die Oper. Einfach top. Das Frühstück im Café nebenan war allerdings nicht so ganz toll. Es war zwar alles im Preis inklusive und der Palazzo spart sich einen eigenen Frühstücksbereich indem man das Outsourct. Im Café ist bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals noch Luft nach oben"

"La stanza è piccola. Il frigo non funzionava, il letto comodo la posizione eccellente. Proprio al centro. Purtroppo però la stanza affacciava all'interno del cortiletto e da li saliva un puzzo di fogna. Per questo motivo arieggiare la stanza era sconsigliato. Tutto sommato un discreto soggiorno."
