"Quiet elegance, Incredible Service, In-Room Amenities and Comfort."

"It was beautifully furnished with gorgeous views from the terrace. Breakfast was delicious. Served on the roof. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. My only complaint was a taxi could not take you to the hotel. They had to stop in town and you had to walk 15 to 20 minutes with your luggage to get to the hotel. We are elderly and it was very difficult. However, when we left walking back wasn’t so terrible. The area was lovely and we had a delicious dinner recommended by the hotel....

"We had an entire apartment in a perfect area, close to shopping and the trolley. The apartment was clean and had its own private patio and washing machine. The room was comfortable and quiet, with perfect air conditioning. The accommodation was luxurious, and check-in was smooth. As soon as we arrived, we were contacted on WhatsApp and met at the property for check-in. The place is right across from the Vega Hotel, which has an amazing pool with a gorgeous view. We paid £30 to lounge for the day...

"Nice staff, close to the bus, the only thing the room was a bit worn down and has a door linking to another room, even though it was locked but they were trying to open the door and you can see the door knob turn and also hear them talking."

"We stayed here 2 nights. We opted to be picked up with our bags via their shuttle as we didn't know the area. The room was probably the most spotless room I've ever stayed in. It's like it was a brand new space. The patio was beautiful and the location is a short walk to the bus line to access Capri and the marina. The AnaCapri old town was walkable from there too! "It was a nice property! We got there around 4/5pm and there were no signs for the entrance/lobby, and when we finally found the area, nobody was there and we had to try and connect to the wifi to call someone to ask how to check in. They told us on the phone that the key was already in the door of our room. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that there was no staff!"

"The hotel is a bit outdated but my "family" room was huge. The location is amazing just steps away from the beach (free) and multiple beach clubs. There are several reataurants/bars near by but we mostly used the hotel shuttle to go into town and have dinner there. The lunches around the pool were very tasty! The calamari is a must"

"I booked an economy room and was placed in what felt like the equivalent of a basement. The room had virtually no natural light, no proper window, and very poor ventilation. It was extremely suffocating and uncomfortable. What made the experience more disappointing is that I had previously booked an economy room at this same hotel and was given a decent room with a regular window, so I know better options were available.
