Great check in help, clean, good breakfast and center location. Love the pool and hot tub are 24/7. However, did encounter one rude employee when trying to let them know towels were out at the pool after 10pm with the pool still filled with guests.

Black Fox Lodge Pigeon Forge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Heat was unable to be controlled at night. Was very cold and I had a small baby with me. Kept putting the heat up and stayed at 70 or below

Margaritaville Island Hotel
Everything was good except for the mattress was very uncomfortable!! Ended up putting the comforter on the floor and sleeping on that the last 2 nights. After the first night sleeping on the bed couldn't hardly get up for my back hurting so bad. TOO SOFT !!! STAYED there many times never had an issue ...
