"I ordered my room using Expedia and when I got there the hotel had sold out of my room type and refused to assist me with any other arrangements to compensate for it leaving me to scramble to find another hotel."

"Microwave inside was flaked off, was afraid to use it. Beds were hard as a rock. Rooms were supposed to be newly remodeled and it looked like the slums. Supposed to be non smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes, bad. Supposed to have a hair dryer, not one. No ice machines, had to get it from office person, could not even get an ice bucket, gave it to you in a small trash bag. Supposed to have toiletries, that was a little bar of soap. No housekeeping the whole stay. Not even clean towels...
