"Our room was clean. Maid service showed up daily and provided clean towels and made the bed. My biggest complaint would be the bed. The mattress was rock hard and very difficult to sleep on. The owners should really invest in new beds."

"I was checked into a room that had a clogged sink with standing water. The staff kindly switched me into another room. The shower in the 2nd room had a slow clog and while showing you would end up with standing water. The rest of the room was very clean and nice. The free breakfast is decent and included which saves on your wallet given the town is very touristy and expensive."

"The people and the surroundings were amazing. The only complaint is the room. It smelled bad when we got in. We opened the porch door to let fresh air in. After a while it was better. We left for the majority of the time. Came back and smelled bad again. Used the Jacuzzi with Epsom salt which made the room smell better. But the smell returned in the middle of the night and I left in the morning with one of the worst headache ever. "

"The indoor pool was fantastic, kids loved it. The shower was the best hotel shower I've ever experienced. Everything was clean. Staff was pleasant. I had 4 grandchildren with me and everyone had a wonderful time. We will stay here again."

"Overall everything was very good, however a few things could have been better. The fireplace in the room was already cut off for the season even though the temperatures got down into the 40s at night, and the lobby fireplace was still operational. This was one reason I booked the certain room with the fireplace. The shower didn’t have a seal on one side of the door, so it ran into the floor and soaked the bath mat.
