"The stay was okay. The room smelled bad, the ac didn’t work, and the key cards stopped working multiple times despite not putting next to our phones. The staff was kind, especially those serving breakfast. The food selection was alright, but I wish there were more options. Overall, I was not impressed."

"The hotel is actually fabulous. The beds are so comfortable. The only issue that I had was during check in, they wanted to charge me again for the room when I had already paid through Hotels.com. The lady said she had it all taken care of but when I went to check out the situation wasn’t cleared up but she was able to straighten it out and gave me a receipt with a zero balance. Other than that my stay was awesome."
