"We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had...

"Breakfast was just ok. The AC didn’t work during the night. Very noisy people above us until late in the night. Room was dusty and lots of stains on furniture. "

"Overall very clean and well maintained. I don’t think I realized this was going to have a kitchenette and was a waste of space for me. Also the location was not really on our route, so it was not very practical for our needs. Maybe more suited for an extended stay."

"I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. "

"Staff was rude and told me I can check out when I told her my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. I was told they don't have another room to give me but parking lot was empty. No free breakfast included as advertised because the person told me it cost to much. Toilet seat broken. No housekeeping making rounds. I had to buy my own toilet tissue and soap for my week stay. Pillow cases dirty. Outside the doorway and grass smell like piss."

"The only good thing about this place was it is convenient to the gate to Fort Rucker. We had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come buzz us in so we could check in. We had a king room on the 2nd floor. It looked like someone robbed an Ikea truck and threw the furniture in that room. The "down" comforter was filthy! Thank God I had brought my own blanket and pillows. There were two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no wash clothes, no ice bucket, no cups, no single brew coffee...

"CONS: Window was missing a curtain and instead was covered with what appeared to be a painter's tarp (with eraser-size holes in it, too); bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well; closet doors would not close flush; and the internet Wi-Fi was not consistent to access and when the signal dropped our phones switched to 5G. PROS: Staff was very nice; check-in was easy; room was clean; and breakfast was very good. "
