"Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I paid for a room that’s suppose to be clean. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy...

"The only good thing about this place was it is convenient to the gate to Fort Rucker. We had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come buzz us in so we could check in. We had a king room on the 2nd floor. It looked like someone robbed an Ikea truck and threw the furniture in that room. The "down" comforter was filthy! Thank God I had brought my own blanket and pillows. There were two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no wash clothes, no ice bucket, no cups, no single brew coffee...

"We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help was provided to take our luggage to our room. I noticed that there was no sign of an engineer nor the next 2 days of our stay - Bad management. There was no water/coffee available after breakfast had...

"The staff was very friendly, but the room was dingy. The walls needed to be wiped down as there were several spots of dirt. Orangish color on a beige background. The shower floor was also rather dirty. The office chair had been sat in and looked like it contained bodily fluids on the seat. The wall outlet cover had gaps around it which may be a safety and/or electrical hazard. The room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. "

"I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. "

"Room was good, but to be picky, only one Kleenex in the box! I wasn’t thrilled by that. I didn’t stay for breakfast. I’ll probably stay there again "
