"The room Smelled like cigarettes, hair found in tub , walls and dispensers. Blinds broken, parking lot full of potholes. Pool and gym could not be used. We bought Lysol wipes and spray to clean up. Too late and tired to argue about the state of our room . AC worked, shower pressure was good, wifi strong. This place needs an enormous overhaul from floor to ceilings."

"Plenty of parking. Great breakfast- I loved the toppings for the oatmeal and the fresh yogurt machine. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful. We stayed to be near the children’s hospital for a procedure and we needed extra towels and pillows, which were provided no problem. The only thing that we would like to see changed is in the bathroom. The toilet seat should have a cover for hygiene and so you don’t feel like you are going to drop something in it by mistake. "I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a two queen bed room through Expedia. We have three small children as well as my husband and myself. Upon arrival we were given a room with one king bed. The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. "Very comfortable bed I thought the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was extremely quiet. It was very nice comfortable."

"On booking a twin King bed room for 5 adults it was listed as having a rollaway bed available for the 5th adult. Upon arrival they said they could not do that. Front desk then offered extra pillows and blankets and gave us a breakfast credit for all of us - then charged us breakfast. Avoid this place."
