"The free breakfast was a good way to start my day. Did not spend much time on the grounds. One afternoon I used the pool along with of my relatives that I had been visiting. We also ate dinner in the restaurant that night. Perfect afternoon and evening. Wait staff was great. What I will have to say (and I will take some of the blame) was that the tub in my bathroom was somewhat dirty the day I checked in, but I rinsed it out . The stopper for the tub was completely out , so I set it back in....

"Loved the 2BR suite with 2 bathrooms- great for our family of 4. The pool was on the smallish side but clean and heated. The hot tub was great! Kids enjoyed the gym as well"

"Fairly good hotel. Some staff were very helpful while others I can say luke warm. The parking is plenty but the door on the back side of the parking where you would get in the hotel from the 2nd floor was always open even at night which made me feel a little unsafe but I think this was a 3 days oversight when I was there."

"The rooms were huge!!! So great for families with kitchen and separate living room area. The bathroom was super large with double sinks and expanded mirror that covered one wall. Super comfortable place to stay."

"We were disappointed that the room was not as advertised. "Fully equipped kitchens" was a wildly incorrect description. Our kitchen cupboards and drawers were completely empty--not a dish, glass, or utensil in sight. Front desk coverage was spotty and it was difficult to summon help. The "hot breakfast" consisted of granola bars and a waffle maker with no space to use it. "Was clean, didn't smell weird and was exactly what we were looking for, just a place to sleep while our home was being repaired, no complaints at all."

"It’s on Asylum Street, and that tells you a lot. There was a guy gesticulating to the heavens who blocked my entry to the parking lot. There was another guy in a Yankee cap who really wanted to chat when I was trapped at a red light. I saw him a couple times. There was a shower that didn’t get hot for 10 minutes.
