"Very large, spotless room. Large bathroom, sparkling clean. Very nice staff. Good food from the restaurant."

"Staff was very welcoming as was the lobby with the roaring (gas) fire and free coffee 24 hrs. Elevator available and free parking behind the building. Very nicely decorated with actually good artwork, good bed, very clean, breakfast voucher at great little cafe two doors down. Only minor inconvenience- hot water took a long time to get up to the second floor, but it did eventually."
