"It was a convenient location for the event I had to attend but the hotel is kind of hidden behind a Hampton Inn and when I arrived I didn’t see it at first. The hotel is brand new and very clean and comfortable "

"It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+"

"Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. "

"The room wasn’t the cleanest, the walls and even the lamp shades were dirty and the bedding had snags all over it, the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The door to the stand the microwave was in, fell off when I opened it (they should just be removed). There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel or a toiletry bag. "The room was gross and there was layers of dust and crusted floors, dust layers on the shelves in the bathroom with other people’s things that had been left there. I was then told they ran out of all hot items except sausage. The fridge was out of milk, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. The pancake machine was broken as well as coffee machine out of coffee beans. Lastly, the pool was closed unexpectedly for maintenance. The 2 reasons we chose this place directly next to Buffalo...

"The staff was very nice. Just wish that what was advertized under Expedia matched the reality. There were no vending machines- no access to water or other drinks. The lounge room had no chairs, no coffee or cups- I dont think the coffee machine even worked. The room i chose was non smoking, it was clean but very shabby- the shower curtain was about to fall down, there was the odor of having been smoked in at one point and the rug had wrinkles and felt icky.
