"This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

"The staff at Comfort Inn Buffalo went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even at 4 a.m. the staff were cheery and friendly and had coffee ready for us as we left to the airport! We were able to make an earlier rental car drop off because we could easily get the shuttle back to the hotel. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room on site. "The things I really liked about this hotel were that it was clean without smelling of industrial fragrance, it was quiet when we were trying to sleep, and it was conveniently located near the highway. I am very sensitive to air fresheners and scented cleaners, and this hotel was comfortably clean and neutral smelling. "The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar."

"A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again."
