"I loved having a huge fridge and an extra sink to do dishes. I liked that my pet room didn’t smell like pets had been in there. There were crumbs/ dirt around the edges of walls all the floor, the bathroom sink drained slowly and filled up if you had water running in it, and there was a blob of soap on the bathtub wall when I arrived. I think this place has a lot of potential if it were kept clean and they included some silverware, plates, cups, Kleenex, and a kitchen sink towel."

"The bed was fairly comfortable. However, the bathroom sink was so badly backed up that it would take about 20 minutes to drain even when the sink was half full. We mentioned this to the front desk. She said they would try to get someone out to fix it but, on a weekend, she thought she might have to relocate us to another room which would mean packing everything up and moving to another room. Fortunately, she did get someone to fix it that day and by the late afternoon or so it was fixed and...

"The location was great. But the property seems to be where some people live long term. The unit was spacious, but there was what I can only presume was dog hair all over the floor. I also did not like that an envelope was left on the door with my door code and name, because there is no actual person available to check you in on site. Traveling alone, that didn't make me feel safe. But the bed was cozy."

"The only thing missed was the swimmig pool. Always a nice refreshing part of the trip. Otherwise, we love the PVC Roundhouse. We have been going for many years to stary at you facility. Staff great, very clean cabins and spacious. Love the Kitchen (always bring food to cook breakfast, etc.). Really nice to have a place to washs clothes, if necessary. All around fantastic facility to stay at year after year! We go for wonderful walks and enjoy a round or two of golf at the Pinetop Lakes...
