"Our room smelled so bad we had to keep the window open, the heat/ air conditioning was too loud to use. The water in every tap smelled to gross to use, so no shower or coffee. We booked this place because it has a pool and hot tub, the hot tub water was dark green and when we opened the door to the pool room, the chemicals were so strong it burned my eyes before we even stepped through the doorway. "Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy."

"The cabin was clean and comfortable for our family of two couples and 3 children. The kitchen was incredibly stocked which made family sized meals a breeze. We enjoyed the forest themed decor which was especially fun for our grandkids to find and count all of the bears throughout! The area was beautiful and quiet, and perfect for walks or just play time. Our host was friendly and attentive. It was an excellent value and could not have been a better experience!"
