"Restaurant only had basic sandwiches and things like fryed pickles . Not really tantalizing. But staff was very nice helpful overall the place itself was very nice "

"Hotel is in a fantastic location to see many local sites and the New River Gorge. The staff are friendly. The WiFi is sketchy and cuts out a lot, and the breakfast is more than a little underwhelming. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 am, but we got there at 8:30 am and there was nothing much to eat. The coffee is machine coffee, but there are Keurig machines in the rooms - so you can bring your own coffee."

We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products under it that had definitely been there for months, given all of the dust/hair/dirt on them. There were teenage girls (approximately 14-15 years old) working... running towels and blankets to...

"The bed was comfy, that was about it, had a funky smell when we walked in the lobby. The room had a smell but not as bad as the lobby. Needs a major renovation, and they need to spend some more time cleaning."

"This place was fine. Check in took a while and my TV didn’t work. I was on the first floor and my room was clean and comfortable. However, it was really bright with the hall lights and outside lights. I woke up multiple times thinking it was morning because it was so bright."
