"Sound insulation in room was very poor. You could hear almost everything in the neighbouring rooms. The heater/AC unit was quite noisy, and the fan couldn’t be left on to mask noises. The door and door locks were extremely noisy. You could hear all the doors and locks on the floor when they were being used. Other than that, the facilities and services were good. "

"Average hotel. Nothing horrible. The only thing that was a negative was getting my room card/key going up to my room and the key doesn't work. Going back down and telling the hostess. She puts them in the machine and says those should work. No apology, nothing."

"Location is a bit of problem with this hotel. It's about 5 miles away from the I77 which is a bit of a hike. I also didn't notice any nearby restaurants so that could be a problem for some folks as well. The room seemed pretty clean. The bathroom was dated and the toilet didn't flush very well. It was a bit worrisome to say the least. Breakfast was very minimal. No cooked eggs, or meat. Just waffles, items to toast, cereal, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt and some gnarly looking fruit. "We only stayed here for one night, but I would definitely stay again. The property seems new and well maintained. I appreciated the large shower and small things such as 3 towel hooks in the bathroom and jacket hooks in the main bedroom. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"The cabin is nice and cozy. They have a welcoming gift of baked cookies and souvenir mugs. So thoughtful! This place is so easy to drive and very near to New Gorge national park. And I recommended traveling here during fall because it is more fantastic around seeing beautiful shades of leaves while relaxing in the cabins hot tub! But if you want nature, do come here anytime of the year! "
