"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Had an amazing view! And for the amount I paid for it you would think the house keeping and the room it self would be in tiptop shape but no that was not the case at night it’s hard to sleep listening to all the noises going on from hearing the water pipes go on and off to the room getting hot and turning on and off l.. I keep the a/c at 65 or the lowest it had let me go and off the auto mode and the time I was there there was no sing of housekeeping I had to put my trash outside just to get it...

"As expected the staff and property was incredible! The absolute only negative was the hot tub was out of order and the pools close early (5pm). Otherwise it was a lovely escape from the smoke on the strip. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly!"
