Halfway thru our stay we realized that the large window electric blinds were out of their track - allowing light into the room - once we put them back in their track it was much better - housekeeping should have caught this, yes?
Front desk had no US Postage stamps - suggested FedEx store to get one - it would be helpful to have them on hand for guests."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
