"Just reopened and completely renovated. Very clean, had all that was needed with fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping."

It is a classic, luxurious Colonial hotel in a peaceful setting, just a block from the Main Street of Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are elegant, the beds very comfortable and the staff incredibly professional and friendly. Staying in such a beautiful property so full of history was a true treat. "This is a resort like hotel where big tour groups stay. Overall we were pleased with the location and comfort. There were minor things that were not working such as treadmills and some ice machines but as a whole we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Specifically their continental breakfast is more than that. Their location is in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. What Expedia doesn’t tell you is that there are about $30 per day...

"Property was ok it’s just the sliding glass door didn’t lock, the living room TV didn’t work and there was a mess in the bathroom.. Looked like the previous guest spilt a strawberry smoothie or something. We got in late and left early so it worked for the evening. Not sure we’d go back.."
