"A mi me encanta ese hotel por muchos motivos, esta cerca del aeropuerto, es muy cómodo para moverte al centro a la estación Roma Termini, del hotel a estación Muratella caminando del hotel unos 7 minutos , habitaciones super confortables limpias , todo el personal muy amable. Suelo venir como 5 veces al año é no dudó en hospedarme Ali . Os recomiendo al 100 por 100"

"Everything was lovely. The only complaint we have was that the shuttle bus was expensive into Rome and that it didn't run more often. We had to resort to public transport into Rome which was time consuming and a 12 minute walk to hotel from bus stop on quite an unnerving road. The hotel and staff themselves we couldn't fault."

"Very disappointing stay. On 23/07/26, I encountered a young female staff member with yellow hair who was disrespectful, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping guests. The water supply was unavailable for around three hours, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The service did not meet expected standards, and I would not recommend this property."
