"Room was very small, no desk, no chair, no coffee machine, no plastic cups. Definitely not handicapped accessible. Shower was very small as was the bathroom overall. Definitely in need of some significant upgrades. Good news is the location on 1A is excellent and there is ample parking. Crystal Restaurant is across the street and very convenient for breakfast and lunch. Price is reasonable and if you are just looking for a place to sleep, I mean you are there for the beach and everything...

"The hotel was great for a quick getaway. I was pleased with how accessible it was to all nearby attractions both in Rehoboth Beach, DE and its neighboring beach towns and Ocean City, MD. The room was very spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and air conditioning was a plus. Definitely no complaints. Will definitely keep this for future trips."

"I needed a 1 night stay for 2 adults, 2 kids for 1 night on July 4. Beggars can't be choosers. I paid $350. Ok. Holiday and all that. However: filthy hall carpet, a lot of dust and debris in sleeping room, bathroom door that didn't fully close (was that way at pool restroom too - you could see into the unisex stall), the bathroom was rusty and had debris. I don't think they know how to sweep corners. The TV wouldn't get any channels. However, when child became ill in the night, we were provided...
