I HIGHLY recommend choosing another vacancy, they claim to speak English on the app but acted like they didn’t speak Tagalog or English when I finally made contact with them on the phone. EXTREMELY disappointed and upset "

"The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

First of all, I booked the property 2 weeks in advance, yet when I arrived the host said she had no record of my booking. (She subsequently found it, so it wasn’t an issue with hotels.com) The property requires a QR code to access the property, but since she “didn’t know about my reservation” this was never provided.
