"Our 3 days stay was good. We extended for a day and the host was very accommodating. It’s a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan. Wi-Fi was weak. Had a hard time connecting. The host told us that their wifi is just a temporary connection and the building owner will install a much better one. All-in-all it was a good stay. It’s near the airport also, so it’s best for travelers who want to avoid the mess of traffic jams in getting to and from the airport. "

"We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful accomodation with a very friendly host- Ammy. She took care of us from the start of the booking til we arrived at the place- everything went just smooth and perfect. She is simply so kind- thank you! The pool is amazing- a waving pool- never seen that before. The area is clean and safety- a lot of security. Close to the airport- perfect place to take 2-3 days in Manila before to fly to the islands. Warmly recommend the hotel and the host!"

"Waited for hours before I was able to check-in. Information about check-in process and protocols are not communicated very well. The units in this condo residences are privately owned and are subject to strict compliance. Amy was nice and accommodating however the experience was completely disappointing. This will be my first and last booking in this property. "

"The air conditioning unit was not working properly because there is at least 2 inches of dust inside the filter. I fixed the shower as the head fell out and the knob to turn the water on broke. And I also fixed the toilet hose and the little chain that is used to flush broke. So I changed that. Also screwed back the soap holder as it was not even attached to the wall anymore. First of all, I booked the property 2 weeks in advance, yet when I arrived the host said she had no record of my booking.
