"Basement room looking onto concrete steps. No housekeeping in room the second day we stayed. Tea, coffee and milk not replenished after first night. Duvet made rustling noise everytime we moved! However the room was quiet."

"The room and bathroom were very clean, as was the hotel in general. Our only disappointment was the standard of service at breakfast; whilst the food was excellent the service left a bit to be desired and the waitress was thoroughly miserable. She appeared to focus on table cleaning around us rather than being attentive to guests’ needs. Thankfully our breakfast was not contaminated by the cleaning fluid that she was using at an adjacent table."

"We loved our three nights at Ellenborough Park. What a gorgeous property. The room we had was number 40! Looked like a bridal suite!. The food was fabulous and great bar. The spa was excellent. Kevin is a great manager! Max, Charlie, Bernadette and all the other waiters were fabulous! The Sunday lunch was great! We will definitely be back for another visit!"

"I would rate this property a 1000 if I could!! Wowzers!! Sarah the host is as amazing as the property!! Excellent location…super fast WiFi. Quiet rooms. The accommodations are fantastic down to the fantastic sheets, pillows and towels!! Sarah had even stocked the fridge with breakfast items. The kitchen has pots/pans and a dishwasher!! All super thoughtful touches!! Highly recommend this property… Will definitely be back for sure!!!"
