"Das Hotel hatte neu eröffnet und es war sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Einziges Negative war, unser Zimmer wurde leider in den 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt."

"Rooms clean , comfortable bed . Swimming pool was a life saver . Only let down was the WiFi and the breakfast was shocking wouldn't recommend the breakfast other than that was great. Good location to go to disney"

"The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was 104 outside. I was told it would be fixed and it was not. We had to change hotels at midnight in Paris. The hotel lobby was filthy and hot. Very few amenities. There was a restaurant but if it was closed, you didn’t even have a place to get drinks. The staff told me I would get reimbursed soon for the 2 night reservation. I’m waiting for this patiently."

"Bellissima struttura che mantiene stile da fine '800 anche nei mobili (con annessi alcuni piccoli svantaggi come rubinetti del bagno old style e poche prese elettriche), personale molto gentile e preparato. Colazione variagata anche se più improntata al salato che al dolce. Parcheggio custodito interno"

"Cadre magnifique et apaisant ,endroit romantique. Pas de connexion Wi-Fi pendant tous le séjour et le petit dejeuner à 16 euros je vous déconseille 4 mini viennoisserie qui se battent en duel pour 2 personne 1 baquette avec du beurre pas de jambon ni autre et de la confiture. Une salade de fruit dont le contenant est pas remplie. Le personnel à été agréable."

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Staff were friendly, rooms were big, location was great. It was a good idea to have read through other guest's reviews first as we knew to bring our own hairdryer :) We will definitely be staying again. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the place is missing a vending machine to buy drinks from. If arriving at night, the nearby shops would be closed."

"入口がバス停からちょっとわかりにくい。(回り込む)。 2つのホテルが同じ建物に入ってて、それぞれロビーが違うので間違えないように。 23:00以降は敷地内に入るゲートが閉まるので、ゲート横のインターホンを押すように言われました。24時間体制との事でしたがなかなか応答がなく、結局もう1つのホテルのお客さんが開けてもらって一緒に入りました。(もう1つのホテルの人はナンバーキーで開けられるらしい)"

"Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive "
