Delta Hotels by Marriott Kalamazoo Conference Center
10/10 Excellent
"All was good. Hard to see the sign for the hotel from the road, that should be changed. Driveway entrance could be spruced up. Otherwise very good"

Hilton Garden Inn Kalamazoo
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed the unique building and its location is great. Nice lounge downstairs, too! Very enjoyable. I did notice that the shower door was installed backwards— I couldn’t turn on the shower without getting in— but a small inconvenience."
Quality Inn Grand Rapids South-Byron Center
8/10 Good
"The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming. The staff people in the dining room for breakfast time was friendly, always had a smile on her face, and made sure we had plenty to eat. The cleaning/house keeping staff were thorough, friendly and courteous. One of the room I reserved developed a water leak. All the room were full so they couldn't move us that night. Staff apologized and moved us as soon as a room became available. We appreciate their effort."
