"Best property we ever stayed in valet helped take cart to our room we party of.2 we had 3 bedrooms with roll in shower full kitchen oceanfront view from bedroom & living room. Indoor pool & jacuzzi. Bar really nice lobby atrium & market. Great menu to order food in your room. All staff were kind & professional. First time booking through Expedia & very easy & got excellent price! Eric"

"When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel "

"Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. "

"Nice spacious clean room! Very family oriented. It felt good to see lots of African Americans and West Indian working there. Because usually resorts it’s not and for me as a black woken czn feel uncomfortable. Nothing racist just personally. Thank you only complaint is parking and the fact I received $30 ticket for the employee mistakes on showing me where to park safely "
