"Property and resort staff were amazing. Didn't like that room security was non existent. My sons were hanging out in their room and another guest walked in. We complained about the mishap. It was never followed up by the hotel staff. Also, didnt care for the wrist bands/room keys associating your "status"."

"Amazing place! We stayed at CC Beach Front Papagayo during the last week of June with children ages 11 and 12. From the start, the welcome drink and refreshing towels, to the delicious food at the buffet every single time, to amazing staff, and to the great location right on the beach- everything exceeded our expectations! Thank you for making our stay in Costa Rica a happy one! Would love to come back again"
