"Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff who attended to our every need. Breakfast was made fresh to order every morning- yogurt, fruit, granola, and then the main dish which was always eggs, a breakfast meat and some side dishes which changed daily. The entire hotel was spotless. Daily housekeeping kept our room spotless as well. Mini split air conditioning in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"The stay at Palo Santo was excellent! The staff definitely made us feel welcomed and helped us out with the luggage to and from the boat. The room was nice and the breakfast was delicious each morning. The property was quiet and a little run down in areas but nothing that mattered when your in the Galapagos. Surprised it was not busier because the location was fantastic!"

"My husband and I LOVED our stay! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful- they were able to answer questions about transportation, dining recommendations, and more. There was a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They even helped us book our inter island ferries. The location is also perfect- quiet street but right next to everything you need in Puerto Ayora. If you’re staying on Santa Cruz, you will not regret booking here!"
