"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors. On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

It’s very convenient and you can easily walk to many restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and different areas of Cartagena. It’s a great base for exploring the city while still being able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Service was consistently good, and everyone made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and has a nice atmosphere. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
