The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly. We had access to everything we needed. The specialty restaurants were fantastic,servers were nice and friendly.The food was delicious and we will return as soon as we can.

Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive
The staff, amenities, food options, and room were fabulous. This was my first ever all inclusive and i loved every minute of it. I glad out of all the resorts to choose from RPRM ended up being the one because i think ill be life long fan now.

Hotel Riu Yucatan - All Inclusive
The rooms were clean however the smell of mold was always there. Very dated rooms. Very comfortable beds though. Staff was great all over. Better entertsjnment than most all- includives ive been to. Resort was very clean everywhere you went. You never saw anything left on tables or dirty tables anywhere. ...
