La habitación tenia una gotera, se metio el reporte y nunca se solucionó."

Luis and Carlos and everyone at the restaurants does an amazing job! The food is great! There is something for everyone at every meal- you will find your favorites at every restaurant. Best experience at a Mexican resort in my 20 plus years of traveling there- definitely the best all inclusive...

"I stayed in building 24 swim up room. The smell of sewage was constant and terrible! The swim up was never cleaned and it appeared it was not filtering correctly as there was always twigs and bugs. The morning housekeeping was hit or miss sometimes I received towels and other times I didn’t. It was a decline from when I last stayed in 2024"
