"Beautiful cozy room. We were in the building across the street from main building. Stairs at entrance to note if any mobility issues. It was loud during the day from the buskers in nearby square. Quiet and peaceful at night. The Paris location - Experimental Marais, has larger, well appointed rooms with seating and a lobby which were missing elements on this stay. It’s a great central location and overall a lovely accommodations. "

"This was an amazing central location. This was the tail end of our trip so we wanted to do it with style and this was perfect. We were greeted by a great staff who were very helpful throughout. The room was very comfortable and roomy. We were able to walk to all the local places like Covent Garden, Picadilly, etc. Great nearby pubs and food. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This has become one of our favourite hotels for ovenight stays in London. Really convenient location to use as a base for travel and theatreland. It has an old fashioned feel with all the modern amenities. Lovely touches such as an unexpexted upgrade on our last stay, and food and drink in the room. Platform 7 restaurant was excellent! "Great location. Theatres all around. Next to portrait gallery and behind Trafalgar Square and around corner from Leicester Square. Easy walk to Parliament Square, Picadilly Circus, Big Ben, Chinatown, and multiple tube stations. Only issue was smell of trash/rotting items in the hallway and elevator, especially in the mornings. My guess is that that was the only elevator in use for guests and staff at the time. "

Great location too (right by the Elizabeth line) so makes getting there from the airport a cinch. It’s also right by the theaters, great shopping and restaurants! Definitely check it out! "
