"Nice stay for needing to be there the day before a big event. Had all we needed. Not white glove clean but decent. Enjoyed the tv because at home we don’t have basic cable just streaming services so it was nice to scroll the tv guide and watch shows and sports channels. Staff was pleasant. It was quiet which was nice. "

"The pool and hot tub were lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't working and we had no ice bucket. The front desk was notified, yet we only received a plastic bag for ice. "

"The front desk person was really sweet and helpful when we checked in. Room was super clean, bed very comfortable and was everything we needed for a good nights sleep. If there were one thing we could suggest, is that the Breakfast Bar would open earlier on weekends, or at least a few smaller things could have been put out for those earlier travelers (fruit, yogurt, etc....) It didn't open until 7am. All else was great! Thank you!"

"The room was disgusting. The nightstands and other surfaces were not wiped down. There was a spot of what I hope was dirt on the bed. I arrived so late that I knew staff wouldn't be available to clean my room, so I resolved to shower and remove the dirty blanket. Sadly, when I entered the bathroom, it was worse than the room. The counter had spots of dried toothpaste from another guest, the lotion that was previously screwed into the wall was on the counter with the screws still attached, there...

"The room was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!! The only reason I rated the amenities so low was because of the pool. The pool was disgusting. I have never seen a hotel pool in that state. There was something large and furry floating in a filter that kind of looked like a dead mouse? I’m not sure that’s what it was but it was awful looking and as I swam closer to inspect it, an oily sludge came from that filter. The front desk was quick to call maintenance but...

"Clean room and quiet "

"Ample parking and the heating system worked great in the room. Very clean. Good pool for the kids but they do not have a hot tub. There is a Culvers across the street and a Olive Garden next door. Both are a minute walk away. Lots of shopping within a 2 minute ride not to mention pretty much anything you fancy for a meal. I would recommend this property."

"Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though."
