The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. "We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"

The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. ...
